I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. All I ask is that you keep me in the loop so I can continue to give each client the time and care they deserve.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Need to reschedule or cancel?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice by rescheduling online or reaching out directly. This helps me adjust my day and offer that time to someone else. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. If consistency in late rescheduling occurs a $10 fee may be added onto your appointment.
Late rescheduling & cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)
Late reschedules or cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may result in a $10 fee added to your next appointment, especially if it becomes a recurring habit.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 20% of the service total to the card on file.
Running late?
I totally get it — things come up! Please message me as soon as you can.
There’s a 15-minute grace period.
At 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. A $10 rescheduling fee will be added to your next appointment during checkout.
If I don’t hear from you, it’s considered a No-Show, and the No-Show policy below will apply.
No-shows
No-shows will be charged 50% of the missed service day of, and will also require a 50% deposit to book again.
1st no-show = 50% fee + 50% deposit for next visit
2nd no-show = Full payment required up front
3rd no-show with no communication = Booking privileges may be revoked
No-show without a card on file and no communication may result in a ban from future bookings.
If your card on file fails when collecting a late/cancellation fee, the charge may be added to your next visit — or it may affect your ability to book in the future.

Notification Methods
Please call or text (920)-784-8591 or email me at everglowskinstudio.beauty@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can also cancel/reschedule your appointment no later than 48 hours in advance online with no penalty.
By scheduling an appointment at EverGlow Skin Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our cancellation policy.

For Treatments
Both cash and all major credit/debit cards are accepted at the studio. Other acceptable payment methods include: CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay, PayPal, Bank transfer via Chime Bank, and Zelle.
Installment options available: AfterPay, Klarna, Affirm, ZIP tap-to-pay. These charge extra transaction fees.
To ensure a smooth and timely experience, all clients are required to complete and submit the necessary intake forms sent via email or text through Comb Works at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to complete this paperwork in advance may result in delays to your service start time.
For Clients Receiving Skin Treatments
Please arrive with no makeup.
For first time clients, please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to get you settled.
For Clients Receiving Wax Services
Please arrive with no lotions, oils, or deodorant in areas to be waxed if possible.
Hair growth should be between 1/4" – 1/2" (a grain of rice).
For Clients Receiving Teeth Whitening Services
Refrain from brushing your teeth at least 2–4 hours prior to your whitening treatment to avoid sensitive gums.
If you’re wanting to eat, eat prior as you won't be able to for a span of 4 hours (2 hours whitening time, 2 hours wait time to eat after treatment).
You are allowed a maximum of 2 other people in the room with you, whether it be a friend or family member. Just let me know ahead of time!
