She explained everything before starting and used a technique that minimized the pain. The wax they used was gentle on my skin, and I had very little redness afterward. Plus, she gave great aftercare tips! I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and professional Brazilian wax.
